Abstract


China's mobile phone market is the world's largest mobile phone market is the battleground of domestic and foreign mobile phone manufacturers. In order to gain a foothold in the increasingly fierce market competition and development of many mobile phone manufacturing companies focus on the superior forces of the member companies through the formation of a strategic alliance of the supply chain, to achieve the development goals of the enterprise. However, in a market economy environment, the risks and opportunities of the coexistence of the enterprises in the process of looking for and take advantage of opportunities, and the pursuit of profit, but also faces the risk of a serious threat. Supply chain risk management is an important part of the supply chain management, risk management level of direct impact on the health of the supply chain and supply chain overall goal to achieve. China's mobile phone manufacturing companies in order to successfully implement the strategy of the supply chain, we must focus on the risk management of the supply chain. However, the risk of supply chain management is a comprehensive and complex process, to consider a variety of risk factors affect the running of the supply chain system of internal and external, to be managed in accordance with certain procedures and methods. The endogenous risk outside this paper, analysis of China's mobile phone manufacturing companies for the production, marketing and other aspects of the specific characteristics departure from China's mobile phone manufacturing enterprise supply chain, supply chain generally follow the risk management process, China's mobile phone manufacturing companies Health risk analysis, and application of fuzzy mathematics and theoretical knowledge and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) principle to construct a risk assessment model of mobile phone manufacturing companies in China supply chain risk preparedness and response, as well as risk management effectiveness evaluation and feedback. Phone is a fashion, fast becoming obsolete consumer electronics, mobile phone manufacturing companies in China supply chain in addition to facing organizations risk, supply risk and economic risk, the risk of threat, but also more susceptible to technical risk supply chain risk and threat. Therefore, this paper studies when conducting risk of Discrimination and risk processing, special analysis of the risk characteristics and manifestations of China's mobile phone manufacturing enterprise supply chain technology, and technical risk prevention and response measures were analyzed and discussed. This study is the mobile phone manufacturing companies in China supply chain risk management issues, a highly targeted audience. Through this study, it is possible to provide a reference for the mobile phone manufacturing companies in China supply chain risk management and reference.
