Abstract


The marine chemical projects means extract seawater substances engaged in the production, operation of the project . It is a resource -based industries , including offshore oil mining and processing , the coastal sands processing , salt and seawater chemistry resource extraction and utilization of , desalination , marine bio - pharmaceutical category . Resource dependence , in various categories , complex process , product diversity , many kinds of pollutants emitted in the production , quantity , toxicity and high the marine chemical projects the consumption of resources and polluters . The same time, the the marine chemical projects in the processing, storage, use and waste disposal are likely to produce large amounts of toxic substances affect the marine ecological environment and endanger human health . Therefore , the study of marine chemical project environment , the path of sustainable development for human economic and social development has important practical significance .
