Abstract


Lean production (Lean Production) from the Toyota Production System created by the Toyota Motor Corporation of Japan , following the single- piece and small batch and Ford production methods ( a large number of assembly lines ) after the birth of the mode of production . Its basic philosophy is to thoroughly reduce costs by finding and eliminating a wide variety of waste in the production process . Domestic SMEs backward management , production management , there is a large amount of waste . A machinery company in import lean production , enterprise management level , improve efficiency , reduce waste is the main purpose of this study . From the production status of the enterprise micro , learn from the historical experience and lessons learned to think A machinery company to import the lean production model . Based on the ideas and framework , this paper is divided into five parts related content : The first section describes the status and prospects of the domestic machinery industry , at the same time the introduction of lean production theory .
