Abstract


Airport economy rely on large airports attraction and radiation reaches a certain stage in the economic development in the surrounding areas developed , directional direct services and related industries relying on air transport industry and has a significant aviation hub related industries , with a strong influence of the regional economy , is the product of changes in the industrial structure and transportation change . Beijing Capital International Airport is the country 's first major gateway airport , with the expansion of the scale of the airport , the substantial increase in passenger and cargo traffic , the extension of the route network in the world , the airport land use patterns of the surrounding areas had a definite impact . This effect will cause the the airport vicinity of industrial structure changed , and promote economic and employment growth ; promote technological progress of airport economic zone , the elements of space layout optimization . The Beijing airport economic zone development will be the industry to promote new economic growth engine , to promote the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region Economic Cooperation entry point to build the airport industrial center of Northeast Asia and the Asia-Pacific region . In this paper, the use of scientific research methods , such as : Document retrieval and Comments ( airport economic zone field surveys , field research methods , management department discussion with government departments, airport economic zone ) , international comparative analysis and historical evolution trend analysis method .
