Abstract


The competition in the world today is the competition of comprehensive national strength in the final analysis , the economic strength of competition , the ability of technological innovation competition , intellectual property competition . With the knowledge-based economic globalization , intellectual property countries and regions or the core foundation of competitive advantage is an indisputable fact . Because of this , the countries in the world have attached great importance to the strategic management of intellectual property rights . The author attempts to study the strategic management of intellectual property rights and foreign successful experience of strategic management of intellectual property on the basis of analysis of the international intellectual property trends and learn to make some preliminary discussion on the improvement of the management system of China 's intellectual property strategy . This paper is divided into six parts . The first part of the background and significance of this topic , and describes the research status , the status of the study of the characteristics of the main trends and domestic intellectual property issues in today's world of international intellectual property development , and describes the main contents of the study and thesis framework . The second part discusses the role of strategic management of intellectual property rights to enhance their international competitiveness . The third part analyzes the strategic management of the status quo of China 's State Intellectual Property and the presence of the problem . The fourth part of the intellectual property strategy Experiences Abroad , discusses the advanced management methods and experience of the developed countries on the strategic management of intellectual property rights . The fifth part to improve the management system of China 's intellectual property strategy . Part VI is the conclusion .
