Abstract


This paper describes the mobile business at home and abroad, the development situation of both at home and abroad, fast moving consumer goods business model and the actual operation DN beverage management mode from the business model, are faced with the problem before, the practice of using, the current solution, project implementation and the promotion of the problem encountered in the process of project implementation, the effect after and so on all aspects of the detailed research, and finally summarizes DN beverage mobile business project implementation experience and enlightenment to our country, fast moving consumer goods industry terminal sales management business model puts forward new ideas. This paper adopted four research methods: 1. Comparative research, 2. Case analysis, and 3) survey method, 4. Standard analysis method (qualitative analysis). The innovation is that: (1) the new, advanced mobile business management concepts into DN drink terminal sales management, and design the operational plan; (2) to our country fast moving consumer goods industry terminal sales management business model puts forward new ideas.
