Abstract


How a city can develop their competitive advantage in a changing environment , to achieve its strategic objectives is the key to the development of the city . Urban core competence theory focuses on the study the city's internal factors , strive for a reasonable variety of organizations within the city resources to form a unique competitive advantage that is not easy to imitate other cities , give full play to their own advantages for the city , by leaps and bounds with a very important significance . I take advantage of the work collected Hefei, development planning , urban competitiveness to build the relevant information at home and abroad on the basis of the core competitiveness of enterprises and the city's comprehensive competitiveness on the corresponding theoretical innovation model developed in this paper, also targeted a few suggestions . This article includes four parts : the first part , the city core competitiveness of the theoretical basis and Research ; comprehensive understanding and definition of the second part of the concept, connotation and characteristics of the urban core competitiveness and urban competitiveness theory model and measurement formulas , to lay a solid theoretical foundation of the study ; the third part Hefei enhance core competitiveness to enhance the competitiveness of Hefei City to enhance the potential and impact of Hefei city competitiveness ; part IV targeted recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of Hefei city , according to the actual situation of the competitiveness of Hefei City proposed to provide the scientific basis for the government to formulate development strategies . The result of this paper is mainly reflected in the following three aspects : 1 , in the study on the basis of the theory of core competitiveness of enterprises and urban competitiveness theory , a comprehensive understanding and definition of the concept, connotation and characteristics of the urban core competitiveness ; 2 build the hierarchical model of urban competitiveness and propose appropriate measurement formula , \On the basis of literature research, expert advice on personal research , combined with the actual situation in Hefei , building to enhance the competitiveness of Hefei city , proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions .
