Abstract


In this paper, the hulunbuir coal air cooling unit expansion project was analyzed, and the grey system prediction method, the medium and long term development in northeast China power load forecasting analysis, on this basis, the analysis of the coal air cooling unit expansion project necessity. Air cooling unit of coal expansion project risk identification, risk evaluation index system is set up according to the principle of coal, constructs the air cooling unit expansion project risk evaluation index system. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to determine the relative weight indicator system, as the BP neural network state initialized weights between input value, the establishment of risk evaluation model, so that BP network into the local minimum points, and reduce the possibility to improve the BP neural network training speed. Through to the hulunbuir coal air cooling unit expansion project risk evaluation, the paper makes an empirical analysis to verify the validity of the model and practical.
