Abstract


The topic of this paper comes from the the 2006 Qingdao City Construction Science and Technology Development Fund - the residential district of Qingdao parking . With the rapid development of China's national economy , especially after joining the WTO , the private car has begun large-scale entry of ordinary families. In urban residential areas , vehicles parked chaos , misplacing relatively common phenomenon , affecting the quality of the living environment of the residential area , residential area , parking problems have become increasingly prominent . Solve the car parking problem of the residential area , the establishment of harmonious living environment of people and vehicles , is the most urgent task before us . The study employed a field research and data collection and try the difficult problem of parking on the residential district of Qingdao analysis summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad , the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation based on AHP and fuzzy mathematics Qingdao City residential area parking status quo model , and proposed solutions to this problem and approaches . The main work includes : 1 . Analysis of the origin of the urban residential area car parking on the parking problems faced by the cars in China and Qingdao City development and urban residential areas . 2 summarizes the different historical periods urban residential area parking planning methods , research results and lessons learned . From urban residential area index design , layout , parking way to select dynamic transportation planning , environmental planning and design aspects , to discuss the planning and design of residential areas to explore methods and countermeasures to solve the problem of urban residential area parking . Using analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model four types of Qingdao residential area parking status quo analysis, real estate residential area and the old town residential area is obtained Qingdao problem of parking the more prominent of the two types of living zone. 5 According to the conclusions of the evaluation model , Qingdao residential area of commercial housing and old residential areas in the solution of the problem of parking countermeasures . The findings of this paper can be used as the reference of future residential district of Qingdao City Construction Planning and old residential transformation .
