Abstract


With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology , logistics has become an important factor affecting China's economic development . In recent years , China's logistics enterprises showing that the number of small - scale , vicious competition between continuous situation, the entry of foreign logistics enterprises , further exacerbated by competition between logistics enterprises in the deteriorating environment for the survival of the logistics enterprises in China . Seek a suitable new avenues for the development of logistics enterprises in China has become the focus of attention of the domestic logistics scholars and entrepreneurs . Discussed the development path of China 's logistics enterprises from the point of view of the strategic alliance , the strong complementarity between logistics enterprises in China are mostly from traditional corporate restructuring or generated by the new private enterprises , engaged in the logistics business industry characteristics , based on the consultations and negotiations with the Alliance mode is the main form of cooperation between the logistics enterprises in China , but also choosing this topic and research focus . The main contents and conclusions of the paper are as follows : First, from the theory of core competitiveness , resource-based theory , transaction cost theory to explore the theoretical foundation of the alliance between the logistics enterprises . Core competitiveness primarily from the ability of complementary angle to study the feasibility of logistics alliance ; resource-based theory from the angle of the resources to explore the feasibility of logistics enterprises to establish strategic alliances ; application of the theory of transaction costs from asset specificity , uncertainty , transaction frequency and other aspects of the feasibility of logistics alliance . Second, starting from the current situation of China 's logistics enterprises , analysis of the challenges and opportunities faced by the logistics enterprises in China to realize the necessity and feasibility of logistics enterprises alliance . Finally, the basic knowledge of game theory in this paper , in incomplete information and the Enterprise Alliance auction model under incomplete information , through the auction model analysis given the price range of bargaining . This makes clear the negotiations , to avoid the behavior occurred between malignant bid and mutual deception . This conclusion has also been verified in practical work .
