Abstract

The plants there are a lot of J gene , they play an important role in the physiological processes of plants . The gene encoding the protein in ALP1 is a typical J - protein , this protein is also no reports of specific functions in plants . In this study, Arabidopsis research materials , on the basis of the instrument with ALP1 T - DNA activation tagging mutant -alp1 confirmed in ALP1 overexpression the mutants , transcription factor MYB2 , MYC1 MYC2 and its downstream effector gene RD22 expression, which may be the mutant exogenous ABA and JA sensitive reasons . The the ALP1 constitutive overexpression --- ALP1 - OE also exhibit from ALP1 T - DNA activation tagging mutant phenotype, the mutant phenotype is caused due to the activation of ALP1 . While also confirmed ALP1 ABA / JA cross- signaling pathway is involved in the . The overexpression of ALP1 improve plant resistance to Sclerotinia , mainly by clearing the plants too much hydrogen peroxide to achieve . The expression patterns ALP1 of found that the gene is not only located in the nucleus , but also in plant guard cell -specific expression . In this study, by FQ-PCR confirmed that the gene expression is suppressed under heat shock , but under low temperature stress is specifically induced expression . Information retrieval also found varying degrees by regulating expression of homologous genes in different adversity . Intended to show has the similar structure ALP1 J protein may be extensively involved in the response of plants to stress .
