Abstract

Shanghai and its surrounding areas in history and one of the distribution of deer, who have deer need to survive climate and habitat conditions. In order to re-deer species into Shanghai, which must be carried out prior to feasibility analysis and species reintroduction experiment. This article and the Shanghai Pudong New Area Green Management Agency collaboration in December 2006 to establish deer park in China's re-introduction of the pilot, and in March 2007 the introduction of deer populations from Zhejiang Zhoushan. From March 2007 to January 2009, the paper Pudong China Park roe deer reintroduction pilot populations within a track record and observe and record the population dynamics, population observed pattern and evaluate the adaptability of the population on the environment with a view to the future into the wild deer in the Shanghai area to provide basic information and relevant basis, while the biological characteristics of the species deer do a supplement. The results are as follows: community structure changes: deer populations continue to grow for two consecutive years, increased from the initial 21 to 51; introduction of individual survival rate of 80.95%, offspring survival rate of 79.54%; Shanghai region of heavy rain on population mortality had a significant effect. The mother deer's fertility, birth and the morphological characteristics of the young deer were tracked and measured and found a litter of female deer with their age prematurely and offspring survival rate. This article will examine the results with the British, the French population were compared with the population but also the source of Zhoushan captive populations and the local wild populations were compared, the pilot fecundity and survival within the deer were higher than other regions. Diurnal Time Budget and Activity Rhythm: based on actual observations, and with reference to literature, qualitative description of the behavior of deer in 19 categories, and is divided into nine categories, for 24 individuals were analyzed quantitatively populations: behavior in class 9 , deer resting in the highest rate of daytime behavior, feeding behavior followed; female male feeding behavior slightly, but the difference was not significant; summer calving and nursery because the energy needs of female deer feeding behavior increased significantly , and significantly higher than the same season, male deer; and spring than in the summer, the individual's standing, exercise and grooming behavior were significantly reduced. The observed populations of deer early morning (6:00-7:00) and evening (18:00-19:00) more active, feeding behavior peaked in the two periods; But at noon (11:00-13:00 ) has a small peak activity, which may be related to the impact of human activities. Selected within six in the pilot area of ??vegetation and artificial facilities similar but distinct regions, each region statistical occurrence frequency deer, deer populations to study the utilization of space within the pilot. The results showed that: the emergence of bamboo forest deer in the maximum frequency (26.14%), in the River District, appeared at least (2.75%); different age range of activities there are differences among individuals, the introduction of the individual utilization of artificial facilities than its offspring individual, even inside the barn active choice in artificial birth; animals behave differently in each region occur in different proportions, which, in the area of ??artificial barn vigilance behavior of individuals and conflict behavior most frequently. Female deer on litter place has a certain selectivity, multi-choice bamboo, peach and mixed forests, and as far away from the river bank. The population of the pilot to establish comprehensive experience and results of this study, a pilot for future reintroduction of deer and deer population maintenance in the Shanghai area reintroduction two works to make reasonable suggestions.
