Abstract


Raises many social and environmental issues in the context of economic growth and population expansion , many urban life solid waste is thrown on the planet , not only caused serious environmental pollution , but also affects social stability and economic development. Fast and effective treatment of municipal solid waste , in order to achieve urban sustainable development and recycling of resources has become a current worldwide research topic . The rapid development of the logistics , logistics theory an object flow system , strengthen management and improve economic efficiency . From a logistics point of view , the new scheme proposed disposal of the solid waste of the city life , the specific contents are as follows : 1. Proposed urban municipal solid waste collection and transportation system is a special system of logistics , and specific description of the city life solid waste logistics system . Analysis of municipal solid waste processing status quo , summed up the foreign experience in the successful management of the proposed reform measures . From the point of view of the environmental and economic operation of municipal solid waste logistics system optimization , abandon the city end processing of municipal solid waste , from the logistics point of view of the whole process of municipal solid waste management . In the operation of city life solid waste logistics system optimization study of the three subsystems of separate collection , classification transportation , the idea of classification , specific operation of the three subsystems . 5 proposed the development of a third-party professional recycling companies to better achieve the solid waste of resources , and promote the industrial development of the municipal solid waste .
