Abstract

This article discusses the high acid value of rice bran Mao Yousheng produce biodiesel and bran wax preparation triacontanol on the development and utilization of China's rich of rice bran resources of significance. After pretreatment of the rice bran crude oil esterification reaction and ester exchange reaction, the to groping the esterification reaction and ester exchange reaction optimum conditions. Rice bran wax saponification reaction determined by orthogonal experiments for the study, with no phase-transfer catalyst and a phase transfer catalyst under optimum conditions, and on this basis, assisted ultrasonic radiation. The use of organic solvent extraction the unsaponifiable matter get rough Triacontanol, and optimal extraction conditions by orthogonal experiments. Process of biodiesel produced in rice bran crude oil, crude oil must pass off phospholipid, degumming, dewaxing and dehydration processing. The high moisture content caused by poisoning of the catalyst, lowering the reaction speed; wax to increase the viscosity of the oil, the temperature is lowered, so that the oil was opaque state biodiesel affect appearance. Esterification reaction, the acid value of the oil as an indicator to determine the optimum conditions of the esterification reaction by orthogonal experiment: the molar ratio of methanol to oil of 13.5:1, catalyst (concentrated sulfuric acid) 3 mL, reaction temperature of 65 ℃, reaction time 3 h. In the transesterification reaction as an indicator of product glycerol content determined by orthogonal experiments, the optimum conditions of the transesterification reaction: 6:1 molar ratio of methanol to oil, catalyst (KOH) 1% (oil weight), reaction time 90 min, then 99.3% of the total conversion rate of the bio-diesel. Experiments using a digital thermostat magnetic stirrer rice bran wax saponification reaction. Determined by orthogonal experiment to saponification value test indicators, with no phase-transfer catalyst and a phase transfer catalyst rice bran wax saponification reaction optimum conditions compared. Phase transfer catalyst assisted ultrasonic radiation rice bran wax saponification reaction experimental saponification value indicators, the optimum conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment: benzyl triethyl ammonium chloride 0.5 g, ultrasonic irradiation time was 30 min, the saponification reaction time 3 h, and the amount of NaOH was 9 g, the saponification value of the reaction was 0.53 mg KOH / g oil. After saponification mixture was dried to the water, with a mixed solvent of ethanol and acetone, to obtain the best extraction conditions: saponified product (20 g), the system reaction time (24 h), organic solvent (ethanol: acetone = 1:1) 200 mL. The crude extract obtained triacontanol recrystallization using an organic solvent for purification to obtain pure triacontanol (100% purity). In short, from the view of resource utilization, high acid value of rice bran Mao Yousheng produce biodiesel sustainable economic development, promote energy alternatives, reduce pollution, protect the environment control urban air pollution has important strategic significance. Triacontanol as a plant growth agent is prepared from rice bran wax to improve crop yields and increase their income, reduce pesticide pollution of the environment, but also in line with the national \In addition, the extracted bran wax Octacosanol is an excellent anti-fatigue agents.
