Abstract


Facing China economy from planned economy to market economy, as well as national electric power industry of all-round reform, modern hydroelectric power enterprise how to establish the scientific development strategy, to adapt to market changes that have appeared; How to focus on the future, according to the environmental changes to predict future strategic preparation and matting; How to make development of enterprise should not only adapt to domestic changes, but also gradually adapt to market changes worldwide with the power industry marketization, puts the enterprise development strategy in the broader environment to think and decision-making. This series of problems are violently in front of power generation enterprise. SGC hydroelectric enterprise, due to subordinate group system, mechanism restrictions, these problems appear more prominent.Based on the above problems, the article referred to the current SGC the hydroelectric enterprise subordinate based on the actual development research, using the development strategy management related theory, principle, tools, adopting qualitative and quantitative method, proposing a set of suitable for this kind of enterprise long-term and sustainable development strategy system. The specific content of this research include:First, in determining the theme and significance of this paper, on the basis of the theory of domestic and foreign relevant development strategy research were analyzed, and then define this research framework and thinking.Second, considering that the lack of SWOT matrix evaluation, this paper puts forward with the qualitative and quantitative method, namely strategic status and action evaluation matrix (receiver by matrix) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) combination of evaluation method for enterprise development, strategic position, then gives accurate positioning and construct the subordinate hydroelectric power enterprise of SGC the development strategy of the hierarchical structure model.Third, according to the established priorities of the development of hydroelectric enterprise subordinate the hierarchical structure model, the strategy of SGC hydroelectric enterprise subordinate to build including overall strategy, business strategy and functions of the general strategy strategic three levels design system. Finally, the results will be applied under the State Grid’s development strategy of a hydroelectric power plant development in practice, the development strategy formulation process and the effect, proved the effectiveness and practicability of the design scheme.
