Abstract

In this paper, the production of a company for high-speed railway construction of bridges 9000kN level tyred Gantry Crane for the study, the use of large finite element software ANSYS parameter language (APDL ) parametric model of the structure of Gantry Crane using ANSYS this Gantry Crane static strength, stiffness, stability analysis and modal analysis , found that the tyred Gantry Crane main beam and bolster local structure there are certain problems ; through the local structure of the main beam Gantry Crane and bolster improvements and improved Gantry Crane for finite element analysis , draw Gantry Crane improved to meet the static strength , static stiffness and stability requirements ; then optimize the design using ANSYS optimization analysis module of the main beam Gantry Crane , was a reasonable geometry of the main beam , and optimized Gantry Crane static strength, static stiffness and stability checking , to verify the feasibility of the optimization results . The research results show that the finite element analysis using ANSYS simulation accuracy can save both human and material resources , there are relatively high , for engineering practice is very useful , you can improve the level of structural design of large lifting machinery , its structure is more reasonable , both to meet the needs of today 's social development , but also shows the ANSYS finite element analysis and optimization of the role and significance in the design , finite Element Analysis and Optimization Design of the Gantry Crane can provide a reference for the solution of practical problems in the design and engineering of the similar products the value of the theoretical basis and practical guidance .
