Abstract


Monogenea species of Xiamen waters fish infection from October 2006 to July 2008, conducted a survey of infection and host distribution, and yellow fin bream Diplectanum echinococcosis histopathological study on 19 kinds The interspecific relationship MONOGENEANS the preliminary molecular phylogeny explore. The results are as follows: an etiological research: the study period were examined 85 kinds of various marine fish, which has the infected fish monogenea 28, accounting for the fish survey species 32.94% (28/85); inspected The class of 945 samples, of which 206 the Monogenea detected fish, average natural infection rate was 21.80% (206/945).
