Crop straw the organic agricultural solid waste, and more comprehensive utilization of important resources. The straw can be used as fertilizer, feed, fuel and industrial production of raw materials. With the rapid development of China's agricultural production and rural energy structure changes, crop residues remaining issues have become increasingly prominent. Many farmers tend situ burning or random accumulation is not only a waste of resources, and atmospheric pollution, soil degradation, and even lead to accidents, adverse effects on human and animal health and the environment. Waste harmless treatment, become 优质有机肥, not only to reduce environmental pollution, and highly conducive to the sustainable development of agriculture. Earthworm digestion of agricultural waste into vermicompost and harvest a large number of earthworms. The vermicompost 优质有机肥 fertilizer suitable for a variety of crops. In this experiment, the earthworms wheat, rice straw digestion. Of earthworm digestion of wheat straw test set four treatments: (1) vaccination 4kg earthworms, the straw heap sandwiching a sludge layer; (2) vaccination 2kg earthworms, sandwiching a sludge layer; (3) vaccination 4kg earthworm with no sludge layer; (4) vaccination 2kg earthworms, with no sludge layer; (5) blank, without earthworms, no sludge layer. Test of earthworm digestion rice straw set four treatments: (1) vaccination 6kg earthworms, straw and tidy state; (2) vaccination 4kg earthworms, straw broken state; (3) vaccination 4kg earthworms, straw tidy state ; (4) vaccination 2kg earthworms, straw tidy state; (5) blank without earthworms. Digestion 60 days after the determination of the straw after treatment with vermicompost mixture N, P, K content; determination processing output vermicompost N, P, K content and organic matter content; determination dealt with earthworms quantity, not rotting straw the number of the number of vermicompost. Application of vermicompost on vegetable pot experiment was conducted to test a total of five treatments. (1) 1kg soil; (2) 0.25kg of vermicompost 0.75kg soil; (3) the 0.5kg wormcast 0.5kg soil; (4) the 0.75kg wormcast 0.25kg soil; (5) 1kg vermicompost. 20 days to seedling age unified survey of its plant height, stem diameter, stem height, the harvest of vegetables and amaranth plant height, stem diameter, stem height, soluble solids content of soluble sugar content vegetables, greens and amaranth greens , amaranth NO3-content. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) After a period of stacked, rice and wheat straw in N, P, K content will be reduced. (2) earthworm digestion residual wheat straw mixture of vermicompost have increased to some extent the effect of the total N content. In the the same earthworms inputs under conditions, a total N content of the mixture of sludge layer processing is higher than the sludge layer processing. In the presence or absence of the same sludge processing, earthworms invested less processing the mixture of N and P content higher than earthworms invested a large amount of processing. After earthworm activity, the mixture total P content generally increased. In the processing of the the same earthworm invested amount, total P content of the mixture of the sludge layer is significantly higher than the sludge layer. Earthworm digestion mixture of residual rice straw with vermicompost have increased to some extent the effect of the total P content. (3) earthworm digestion of wheat straw vermicompost total N and P content of the sludge layer processing than there is no processing of the sludge layer. Vermicompost total K content of the sludge layer processing than there is no processing of the sludge layer. (4) The size and the presence or absence of the organic matter content of the sludge layer have a great relationship, a sludge layer processing organic matter content was significantly greater than the processing of the sludge layer. (5) the application of the right amount of the proportion of earthworm manure is conducive to the emergence and seedling growth of vegetables and amaranth. Ratio of 1:1 in the dung, the highest rate of emergence of vegetables and amaranth. Vegetables in the seedling stage, plant height, stem and coarse roots are with the decreasing trend in the dirt than the increase was the first increase in the dung ratio of 1:1, the highest values. Vegetables amaranth was first increased and then decreased trend with increasing dung than in mature plant height, stem height, and stem diameter. Dung ratio of 1:1, the highest values. (6) the content of soluble sugar in the vegetables highest dirt than 3:1. Vegetables and amaranth soluble solids content of vermicompost invested a proportion of the increase, the first increase after reduction trend, dung ratio of 1:1, the highest content. The nitrate content of vegetables and amaranth upward trend with the increase of the proportion of investment of vermicompost.
