Abstract

The Magnoliaceae Magnotiaceae Michelia Mickelia Linn. Approximately 50 species, distributed in south and southeast Asia. 38, is now widely planted in all over the south of the Yangtze River Basin, Yunnan up. The genus in southern China green trees common and important ornamental plants, flowers are an important raw material for extraction of flavors and scenting tea. Domestic researchers has started Prynne, smiling and yellow orchids piece of essential oil components analysis. Michelia intense flavor release tepals aroma formation, release mechanism and tepals essential oils chemical composition change during growth and development have not been reported. To explore Michelia the tepals aroma formation and release mechanism, and to determine the optimal picking time spent in production, the present study, optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and chromatographic techniques are three kinds of smiling (Prynne, the basic structure of the smiling and yellow orchid) tepals aroma formation, cells containing material change in the release process were studied. The main findings can be summarized as follows: (1) granular inclusions and aroma of the relationship between the research results show that, in the the tepals development process, basic parenchyma cells in the granular inclusions with aroma formation, release increased significantly reduced the final dissolution. It can be speculated: granular inclusions and the perianth aroma associated. In order to investigate the nature of these particles, TEM observation results showed that these particulate inclusions is likely to be the aroma precursors, the energy reservoir or enzyme system. (2) the formation of aroma volatile parts and volatile ways by light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy cross-section is observed that the three flowers the piece basic parenchyma cells, there are a lot of granular cell inclusions which Ⅲ period entire Basic parenchyma cells filled with particles of different sizes; speculate tepals parenchyma cells is the formation of aroma substances in the workplace. Oil perianth film distribution cells, oil cells is the formation of volatile aroma spaces. Particulate matter from basic parenchyma cells spread to the epidermal cells, epidermal cell gap and anticlinal walls of epidermal cells, but also the way to their odoriferous; various parts of the upper epidermis (including stoma) has more than the various parts of the lower epidermis particulate matter. (3) the composition of the essential oils chemical composition and changes in the application of solid-phase micro extraction - GC-MS extraction and analysis of essential oils chemical constituents found different kinds of tepals aroma chemical composition vary, but contain terpenes esters, alcohols, ketones. Same in different developmental stages of the flowers by the plate, the chemical composition of its essential oils, and the chemical composition of the total peak area of ??the peak area of ??the same. Description of the essential oils chemical composition tepals period of growth and development are closely related. Ⅳ of tepals of the three kinds of the detected chemical constituents more types, the maximum peak area, the variation observed with the scanning electron microscope (SEM) to particulate matter. (4) the tepals picking time through the senses, light and electron microscopy, and GC-MS analysis to know, Ⅲ of particulate matter up, Ⅳ of particulate matter from within parenchyma cells of the epidermis the extracellular distributed aroma composition up, the aroma of the most concentrated; inferred tepals parenchyma granular cell contents are not yet a large number of volatile stage Ⅲ Scenting tea or extract essential oils picking time.
