Abstract


Recently, china’s energy consumption is rising rapidly. According to the national energy board data released, Energy consumption in china in 2010 is 32.5 million tons of coal, china has become major energy consumer in the world. In our house, the level of regional economic development is large diffrernt, Regional variations in energy consumption is also diffrernt. The key development zones with high level economic development consumed massive energy,and has been central region of energy consumption.but there is not enough energy reserves in these areas to meet their energy demand,and need large energy transferred from the outside. In china, northwest and southwest areas, energy resource reserves is very large,and there is surplus available for transportating to other areas.It is very important to establish the base of energy production in these areas of rich energy, and to use these areas’s energy meet key development energy demand.It also can promote economic development of energy production base by developing energy industry.Through brief analysis of regional development pattern,know that key development areas are current and future economic and population main area.they also are our central area of energy consumption,and exist huge energy demand and supply gap .And through analysis of the regional energy resource reserves in our country,point that northwest and southwest regions can be energy production base in China.with production base and consumption center dislocated,it need to transport energy from northwest and southwest regions to key development to meet their energy demand by energy transport corridor.so,it is very important to improve the energy transporting channels for enhancing the efficiency of energy transportation.In this paper,I illustrated current condition and problems of energy transporting corridor ,and put forward some proposal about improving the energy transporting channels .Finally,I suggest that our cuntry should establish large-scale energy production base in northwest and southwest regions,and establish regional energy production base in shandong hebei henan anhui province,northeast region.Through above construction of energy production base and energy transport corridor, we hope that the pressure of energy consumption center areas of energy demand can be eased,and realize coordinateing development of regional energy.
