Abstract


The North Qinglongyi wild pecan unripe exocarp , is a traditional Chinese folk medicine , \In recent years, because of its prominent role in the anti-tumor , has been widespread concern. However , North Qinglongyi is chemical composition and pharmacological activity of a late start and control the lack of uniform standards, the quality standards of the country of its traditional Chinese medicine preparation seriously affected North Qinglongyi clinical application and promotion as an anti-cancer drug . , At the same time to provide a scientific for North Qinglongyi quality monitoring , in order to improve the quality standards of the North Qinglongyi simple , effective identification method , quality control methods and chemical composition of North Qinglongyi , in-depth research , and achieved some progress. Cold alcohol extract of North Qinglongyi separation and purification , macroporous combined with efficient preparative liquid silica gel column isolated compounds monomer from North Qinglongyi alcohol extract by thin-layer chromatography The method and liquid chromatography were identified with standard , is identified as (4S) -4,5 - two hydroxy -alpha - tetrahydronaphthalene - 2 - one - 4 -O -beta - D -pyran- glucoside . This paper established the first raw medicinal herbs North Qinglongyi , ( 4S ) -4,5 - two hydroxy -alpha - tetrahydro naphthalenone - 4- O - β -D -pyran- glucoside for the detection of indicators of quality standard control method . North Qinglongyi cold alcohol extract AB-8 macroporous resin , water , 10% ethanol , 30% ethanol , 50% ethanol , 70% ethanol followed by elution using thin-layer chromatography with reference substance for comparison found ( 4S ) -4,5 - two hydroxy -alpha - tetrahydronaphthalene - 2 - one - 4 -O -beta - D -pyran- glucoside mainly present in the eluate of 30% ethanol , and then further to create a high performance liquid chromatography the analytical methodology and the quantitative analysis . North Qinglongyi quality control standards . Separation and purification process of the North Qinglongyi by macroporous resin obtained from different concentrations of ethanol eluate cytotoxicity test , found that 50% ethanol eluate elution part of human gastric cancer cell line (BGC803) significant inhibition .
