Abstract

Secondary metabolites of the papers collected from Gansu and Hainan two excellent forage legumes sand adsurgens Leucaena separation and analysis of the system . Means of using conventional column chromatography ( CC ) , preparative thin layer chromatography (PTLC) , and recrystallization, etc. to give 32 compounds were isolated from the two plants ; using IR , EIMS , ESIMS HRESIMS , 1D NMR ( H NMR, 13 C NMR, DEPT), 2D NMR ( 1 H- 1 H COSY, HMBC, HMQC) , etc. modern spectroscopic techniques, combined with the standard compound control and comparison with literature data , as well as the appropriate chemical conversion determine the structure of the compound 26 , which respectively belong to the triterpenoid , steroid , flavonoid , and benzene derivatives , and other types , and found a new compounds. The sand adsurgens (Astragalus adsurgens Pall.) Astragalus herb , about 2,000 species around the world , China has more than 270 kinds , this species has important economic value , most legume good quality forage , in order to improve it value , its metabolite composition of the diseased system separation , hoping to find one of the toxic compounds , and to further enhance the value of the plant as a good forage . Leucaena [ Leucaena leucocephala (Lam. ) de wit ] silver acacia (LeucaenaBentham) legume (Leguminosae) mimosa subfamily ( Mimosoideae ) of the genus and about 40 of the world , China has only 1 species , this species important legume livestock plants, is a good livestock feed , the relevant metabolites ingredients rarely reported . This research work is excellent forage quality evaluation provides evidence of the chemical composition , as forage resources provide the theoretical basis for the further development of the silver acacia , and Astragalus are other varieties . The final the Astragalus genus chemical composition and pharmaceutically active research is reviewed .
