Abstract

Plant secondary metabolites is an important material basis for human use of plant resources for the development of drugs , pesticides and other plants, chemical composition and activity of the compound is an important prerequisite for the rational use of these resources . In this paper, sugar gum leaves non - alkaline ingredients and anti- plant pathogenic fungi active compounds screening . 1 . The chicle leaves non-alkaline ingredients : sugar gum trees [ Alstonia scholaris ( L. ) R. Br. ] Leaves are commonly used in some of China's ethnic minority areas and cough medicine for phlegm-heat obstructing lung cough caused expectoration , and chronic bronchitis , whooping cough embolism. The research focuses on the chemical composition of the plant alkaloids , reports of non - alkaline ingredients less . In this paper, various chromatographic separation techniques , combined with modern spectroscopic techniques , 15 compounds were isolated from the gum leaves ethyl acetate extract , structure involves terpenoids , flavonoids , steroids , vitamins and fatty acids , which compound 1 is a new compound compound 2 isolated from this plant for the first time . Screening of active compounds against plant pathogenic fungi : potato sickle stem rot pathogen ( Fusarium solani ) of potato scab bacteria ( Streptomyces scabies ) , Liquidambar Phytophthora (Phytophthora capsici), tobacco brown spot (Alternaria alternate), tobacco anthrax pathogen (Colletotrichum nicotianae) and Amomum lunata (Gonatopyricularia amomi) , as tested bacteria tube double dilution method and mycelial inhibition assay by the disk diffusion method , 881 compounds ( including all types of bulk drugs , not medicine plant extract monomer and its derivatives, etc.) , the compound screening and evaluation of phytopathogenic vitro anti -fungal activity . The results showed that , compared with nystatin , nitrogenous , antibiotics and alkaloids better inhibition of fungal activity , wherein the glycopeptide antibiotic, (Luo-607), imidazole alkaloids (Luo-288), ion active agent (Luo-726, Luo-710, Luo-750) , etc. in a concentration of 4.9μg/mL , 6 kinds of tested fungal mycelium inhibition rate was significantly higher than the other compounds .
