Objective: To observe the blood phlegm soup Phlegm blockage of patients with unstable angina calcitonin gene-related peptide and its clinical efficacy, explore the mechanism of its treatment . Methods: 60 patients with unstable angina patients met the inclusion criteria ( TCM Phlegm block type ) were randomly divided into the Dan Trichosanthis chip control group and blood phlegm soup treatment group , n = 30 , respectively, prior to treatment serum CGRP concentration and two weeks after treatment . Clinical efficacy . Results: 1 blood phlegm soup significant improvement in patients with unstable angina clinical symptoms ( p <0.05 ) . 2 , the two groups of patients after treatment serum CGRP were significantly increased (p <0.05), blood phlegm soup treatment group was significantly better than the control group with Dan Trichosanthis piece compared to the control group ( p <0.05 ) . Conclusion: 1 , blood phlegm soup can significantly improve the clinical symptoms . 2 , blood circulation Decoction for the treatment of unstable angina may regulate neuroendocrine imbalance and to promote the release of CGRP .
