Abstract


Objective: decidual by determination of the copper-containing intrauterine device (Cu-IUD) pregnant women , embryos the villi and serum copper ion content in normal pregnancy compared to pregnant women's organizations for the explore with copper ions content on progeny embryos security reference . Analysis relevant characteristics of pregnant women with Cu-IUD explore the reasons for the failure with Cu-IUD . Methods: A randomized controlled clinical study , 25 cases with Cu-IUD pregnancy is selected as the experimental group , while select 25 cases of normal pregnancy of the same gestational age as a control group , the experimental and control groups were measured decidual embryonic villi serum copper ion content . Results: Cu-IUD group of women in pregnancy serum copper ions was measured with the mean of 0.79 ± 0.15mg / L , the decidualization , embryonic villi in copper ion content mean were 0.91 ± 0.51mg/kg, 0.72 ± 0.50 mg / kg ; women serum copper ions in normal pregnancy group the mean value of 0.71 ± 0.15mg / L, the decidualization , embryonic villi, the copper ion content mean values ??of 0.57 ± 0.21mg/kg, 0.46 ± 0.21 mg / kg; compare the experimental group and copper ion content of the serum of women in the control group , the experimental group compared with the control group , no significant difference ( P> 0.05 ) , uterine decidua in copper ion content differences (P <0.05) , significant differences in embryonic villi copper ion content , P <0.05. Copper ion content in the experimental group, serum copper ion with fluff , serum copper ion , decidua copper ion content , serum copper ions with fluff copper ion content in the control group , serum copper ions decidua copper ion content correlation analysis results are not statistically significant , P> 0.05. Pregnant women with Cu-IUD causes with failure , with the user 's own age , motherhood placed other factors are related to , and has nothing to do with the position of the uterus . Conclusion : copper ions in the Cu -IUD just release the role of local produce in the uterine cavity has no effect on the systemic copper metabolism . Local excessive copper ion cells and reproductive toxic effects on the offspring to be further studied .
