Abstract


The establishment system of corporations effectively regulates the market access procedure of the corporations. The dissolution of the corporation indicates the retreat of the corporation from the market mechanism. The legal personality of the company will come to an end and will be declared terminated after the liquidation caused by this dissolution is cancelled. It is a fresh important subject how the company retreats from the market orderly and reduce the effect on the society due to its retreat, which is also the respect of this paper.Based on the research of dissolution of the companies and the social responsibility of the corporations, this paper introduces the basics of the corporate dissolution and the social responsibility of the companies, expounds the social effect caused by the corporate dissolution, elaborates what social responsibility it should take, the reasons for the responsibility and builds the social responsibility into a logical structure. The paper researches the problem of the social responsibility caused by corporate dissolution and brings forward some basic suggestion and imagination concerning the social responsibility due to corporate dissolution in order to perfect corporate dissolution and the social responsibility system of the company.
