Abstract


Damages for breaching of contract responsibility system is the core of contract law, and contract law plays a very important role. In this paper, only damages for breaching of contract responsibility system is using the method of Law and Economics to try to do some research.This paper includes a whole of five parts: Part I: Law and Economis in the context of damages for breaching of contract under the responsibility of inspection, searching for Law and Economics, says the responsibility for damages for breach of contract impact; Part 2, analysis of damages to the nature of responsibility economic; Part III: on the scope of damages for breach of contract to carry out economic analysis, the principle of full compensation for their compensation and benefits may be limited to damages Economic Analysis; Part IV: the calculation of damages for breach of contract for Law and Economics analysises damages for breach of contract to carry out the calculation of the division of law and economics; Part V: calculation of the three comparative studies by the adoption of specific cases, to seek damages for breaching of contract responsibility for the optimal compensation policy.
