Abstract


Bribery criminal is the malversation that possesses the serious social harm. How to reveal the causes of bribery criminal and to prevent the occurrence of bribery criminal not only has theoretical significance but also has practical significance. In view of the serious harm of bribery criminal, politics, economics, criminal law, criminology will bring it into the scope of the study and put forward various theories. on the basis of the results of predecessors, the author first defines that bribery criminal what covered by the object, followed by an analysis of the causes of bribery criminal. On the area of prevention from bribery criminal, I believe that its prevention should be understood in a broad sense, in which, criminal legislation and judicial punishment will affect the prevention from bribery criminal. For a specific means of prevention, the article will try to introduce the theory of Law and Economics prevention from bribery criminal, with a cost-benefit clues through the system, criminal legislation and justice, as well as thought, and so on, and measure to prevent bribery from happening.
