Abstract


Burnout in a professional environment, emotional tension of long-term source of stress response of the source and interpersonal tensions showed a series of psychological, physiological syndrome, teacher burnout has become a hot issue of concern by the psychology profession, teachers who occupational burnout showed a huge negative impact on the growth and development of the students. Psychological contract organizations and individuals in their mutual relations, the two sides of each other can the other responsibilities of a cognitive, perceived organizational support staff can experience the care and support from the organization. This study is based on the on the basis of the previous theoretical studies, from the perspective of organizational behavior explore teachers' psychological contract, the relationship between perceived organizational support and job burnout. Results using data on 370 teachers in Jilin, Shenyang SPSS11.5 and AMOS4.0 of statistical software for processing and analysis. Secondary school teachers based psychological contract organizations support a sense of burnout descriptive statistics, differences in demographic variables inspection as well as the psychological contract, organizational support and Burnout correlation analysis, the use of multiple regression analysis examines the psychological contract, organizational support sense of the role of the predictions of the different dimensions of burnout. The results found that: 1. Demographic variables analysis, the teachers' job burnout School type have significant differences, key middle school teachers emotion failure dimensions significantly with higher than ordinary secondary schools; perceived organizational support significant differences in the marriage and teaching experience, unmarried teachers perception teachers in the teaching experience at both ends to a higher organizational support; experience a higher sense of organizational support. Psychological contract is a significant difference in school type, key secondary teachers' responsibility to be significantly higher than the general secondary schools. Teachers 'psychological contract, organizational support and job burnout pair-wise correlations significantly, the sense of responsibility and organizational support for two-factor school responsibilities and teachers of teachers' psychological contract was a significant positive correlation with burnout and its three dimensions of emotional failure and low achievement a sense of depersonalization are significantly negatively correlated; organizational support and Burnout and its three dimensions were significantly negatively correlated. Sense of responsibility and organizational support teachers in the teachers' psychological contract burnout significant predictor of school responsibility is perceived organizational support was a significant predictor variables. Study the psychological contract, organizational support a sense of burnout various dimensions predicted effect results been perceived organizational support is emotional failure dimensions significantly with negative predictor; the teachers responsibility of the disintegration of a low sense of achievement and personality dimensions on the significant negative To the predictor.
