Abstract


This dissertation studies the green construction, dividing the whole construction process into construction preparation, construction implementation, completion acceptance, putting forward the green construction evaluation study based on whole construction process.Construction industry is a pillar industry in national economic development. The rapid growth of construction industry is at the expense of large amount of natural resources consumption and heavy negative effects on environment. During the process when buildings and structures are constructed and used, large scale of natural resources and energies are consumed, which increased environmental load at the same time. In order to practice sustainable development, conduct green construction theory study and green construction implementation, carry out green construction through whole project construction process and create the green construction evaluation system based on the whole construction process analysis all have very notable practical meaning to the theoretical guidance and scientific measurement for the engineering project construction and green production.This paper has established a scientific, completed, dynamic and applicable green construction evaluation system with many inside features of civil engineering products, set a solid theoretical basis for pushing forward and regulating the green construction evaluation in project constructing. In order to realize the principle of objectivity and scientificalness, this paper has investigated managers and specialists of engineering project investment, conducting, supervision and field of research by anonymous questionnaire. The main influencing factor in green construction is acquired. Using layer-analyzing methods to compute its evaluation indexes and affecting factors of each period and evaluation details are given to every index. It formed the green construction evaluation system based on whole construction process and conducted green construction evaluation to project examples.This paper divides whole project construction process into construction preparation, construction implementation, and completion acceptance. According to the inside features of these three phases, a specialized study is done, evaluation index and grading details are give respectively, and green construction evaluation is realized at different phases. It demands the previous phase be right class before the next is conducted, which provides a practical and efficient evaluation tool for the realization of green construction.
