Abstract


Performance management is an important part of university teaching . Despite the enrollment of the colleges and universities continue to lead to a substantial increase in the number of students , most colleges and universities are still using the traditional student achievement management . This management can not be found \Papers on the basis of in -depth study of institutions of higher learning to performance management specific circumstances , the decision tree classification techniques in data mining technology and mining association rules being applied to the performance management . In the decision tree classification using the ID3 algorithm analysis of mining to generate decision tree to identify the factors that affect students ' English test scores on the students' final examination score and final score of the subject , to provide guidance for future teaching English to improve their English passing grades rate . Association rule mining using the Apriori algorithm of association rules to dig out a course for other courses , draw valuable rules and information , and provide technical support for the future of academic departments curriculum .
