Abstract


To develop the supervising system of the enforcement of administrative law is aimed at realizing the network management of government affairs.It also means that the management of the government can be operated by Internet or local area network to improve the work efficiency.This system has arranged the basic information of officials from different departments and has elementarily achieved the goal of the electronic and Internet development of the system information.It also has such functions as follows:making the data complete and updated, observing the situation of the government’s service through the system,easily uniting the dispatching and assigning the task and analyzing the data,sharing relevant statistics.The supervising system of administrative enforcement law needs to dependent on the special network of political affairs and encrypt transmission path.Also,it can be combined with the techniques of computer network,wireless communication,GIS,multimedia and so on.It can bring in the theories of management of the limits to rights,identity approval,etc.It takes the techniques of NET development platform and database in the perspective of technology to ensure the advancement and dependence of the system.Besides,the system also takes the theory of modularized designing to make the system have a better openness and expandability and inner confluence and easily interconnected outside. It is expected to realize that the techniques will be controlled in grades to develop the maintainability of the system.Person-oriented design is convenient and easy to control.The system is also a platform to develop the intelligence and it provides the users a convenient space,an open system environment,a process easy to control and a database of various types.This paper introduces the whole process of the analysis,designing and development of the NET-based administrative law enforcement supervising system. It includes the preface,analysis of relevant technique and platform,the designing of the system,the designing and realization of the functioning module and conclusion.The preface mainly introduces the aim of developing this system;the second part is about the principle and aim of designing,the third and fourth part is about the designing of database,system module and some techniques such as the integrating technique of the framework,the connecting and copy of database and framework etc.
