Abstract


Vehicle vibration and noise characteristics is one of the main factors affecting the vehicle ride comfort . The vehicles in the production process , due to improper adjustment of the design, assembly , making production vehicles often produce excessive vibration and noise problems , seriously affecting the ride comfort of passengers . Vehicle conceptual design , the problem of noise and vibration as important indicators into one, and in the various stages of the design must take into account this problem . In this paper, modern testing technology, a model hybrid buses idling car floor vibration problem , based on SolidWorks, HyperMesh, ANSYS, MATLAB software platform and finite element theory , wavelet packet signal analysis methods and vibration related to knowledge to build a finite element model of the skeleton of the passenger car , the calculated free modal and constraints of modal mastered the inherent characteristics of the car . Modal analysis based on wavelet packet decomposition car idling and actual road operating conditions measured vibration test signal , draw the passenger floor vibration is generated due to the structural resonance . Last modified by the structure of the passenger car power , an improvement program , and the car's revised model for modal analysis again . The analysis results show that the modified bus structure to avoid the inherent characteristics of effective excitation frequency of the engine and road , to achieve the purpose of the vehicle design stage to optimize the structure of the vehicle and reduce noise and vibration .
