Abstract


The Internet banking is the product emerged with progress of technology and innovation of finance, it is the future direction of the banking industry. Internet banking is a "double-edged sword", it brings efficient and convenient services, at the same time, it also brings enormous risks to us , almost every country’s finance regulatory authority pay attention to it. Chinese Internet banking appears and develops at the conddition of the information technology relative backwardness, related laws and regulations almost blank and the banking regulatory level not high , it with the strong spontaneous. Strengthen our country’s Internet banking supervision is not only related to customer benefits, our national Banking industry’s stabilization and development, our national Banking industry’s international competitiveness, but also related to the financial security. This disquisition research the situation of the development country’s Internet banking supervision, want to build our country’s the legal system of banking supervision and multilevel regulatory framework, hope for can have the help to our country’s Internet banking supervision.
