Abstract


With the information technology and application developing, the enterprises also have more the informationization needs. But because the investment fund’s insufficiency and IT technology professional’s lacking, the small and medium-sized enterprises have difficulty in informationization. SAAS (Software as a Service) paved a new way to the small and medium-sized enterprise informationization, with low construction cost and the low maintenance cost and the low investment risk, to lower threshold.After SAAS Platform filterd and categorized and packed up applications which integrated in platform, the usable application can be delivered to the end user such as enterprise and organizaiotn. so it is important that the SAAS platform have the capability of unified management and integration .SAAS platform provider the end user with identity authentication, authorization, and order dealing and information application.Service provider can obtain support sush as unified user management and identity authentication and resource-allocation and unified billing from SAAS platform.SAAS discussed in this thesis is a telecom value-added service, so the design and fulfillment of SAAS platfrom conforms to IT strategy planning (ITSP) of telecom operators.The research in this thesis includes : the SAAS platform functions such as unified user management and authentication , product management ,order mangement and unified billing,integration with application ,interconnecting of the SAAS platform with telecom CRM or Billing system.
