Abstract


The focus of the field of the current transmission is a dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT), and studies its key technology is a double-clutch control system. DCT is a power shift transmission, comfortable driving, lower emissions and higher fuel economy and transmission efficiency is its advantage, good market prospects. Monolithic clutch of the dry-type diaphragm spring is a form of a double-clutch automatic transmission, the driven portion of the relatively small moment of inertia, a simple structure, ease of adjustment, complete separation, also has the protection torque overload, a lower relative cost , and the auxiliary power, etc. is omitted. Therefore, the study of dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT) to master the key technology of great significance in promoting the development of China's automobile industry. In this paper, the national \First, the establishment of a vehicle dynamics model; then established a dynamic engine model, with the throttle the linear model, designed the engine throttle implementing agencies PID controller; kinetic mechanism for the separation of the bonding process and the dynamic characteristics of the DCT switching process torque transmission dynamic model; established a dual-clutch automatic transmission shift dynamics model based on the kinetic equation. Diaphragm spring clutch load - deformation characteristics model; the analytical shift the course of clutch engagement speed, stroke transfer torque relationship. On the basis of analysis of dynamic response characteristics of the DC servo motor and clutch actuators, clutch actuator dynamics model. Dual-clutch automatic transmission shift process control strategy in Matlab / Simulink software platform simulation analysis can show that, from the simulation results, the control method used and the controller to achieve precise control of the double-clutch and separation speed to meet dry dual-clutch automatic transmission system performance requirements. Finally, compared to the controller and PID controller design and the fuzzy controller with fuzzy integrator control effect, the results show that the controller design have obvious advantages.
