Staff training has become the most important work of human resource development is one of the modern enterprise for sustainable development of great significance . So whether the training was effective and more and more attention , a lot of investment in training costs if a return has become a large business concern. In this paper, SC company training practices , the existing training system for the problems , the use of the training of relevant theories, ideas and suggestions for improvement ; and through specific projects to be practical , to prove its feasibility. Paper is divided into seven chapters , the first SC outlined the company's background and training development process, and to analyze the company's current training system in the presence of three aspects , namely training needs analysis is not in place , the lack of a strategy to help achieve conversion training , the lack of depth training effectiveness evaluation . Chapter III combines training needs related theory , put forward a sound corporate training needs analysis SC idea . Chapter IV conversion factors combine training and model theory, SC company's training policy model transformation . Chapter V combines training evaluation model theory , especially by drawing on Kirkpatrick 's four -level evaluation model is proposed to build SC corporate training evaluation process recommendations. Based on the above analysis , in the subsequent chapters around the SC company-specific training programs \improved , that the feasibility of the previous conception . With the company development, training work in a dynamic process of development, the need for regular retrospective analysis to be constantly improved, which will further promote the development of the company , improve the company's competitiveness.
