Abstract


This paper studies the Sino-US joint venture in the context of globalization, cross-cultural management issues, and two support system to the Protestant ethic and the Confucian ethics paper on the origins of the Sino-US culture, core values, cultural characteristics, as well as the operation and development strategies depth analysis and discussion. Under the perspective of a cross-cultural study of the Sino-US joint venture in the relationship between cultural values ??and modern mode, and the theoretical basis for construction of raised explore the relationship between the Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism, \top of the the new Confucian third generation of the theoretical framework of modern Confucian ethics value proposition.
