Abstract


Along with the further reforming of electric power system, the electric power market of power plant based on“separate plants from network, bide for use of network”has already preliminarily formed. As the main market body of Independent calculation, each electricity generation enterprise has had a larger variety in all aspects of status. How to reform the existing outdated equipment maintenance management model,reduce power generation cost, strengthen market competition, and obtain the maximum economic benefits must be taken seriously and solved properly for each generation enterprises.Response to the above, this paper will undertake the following studies and look forward to solving practical problems for the equipment to provide practical maintenance management model:Firstly, along with the research background and the development of home and abroad electric power enterprise’current situation of equipment maintenance management, the paper analyzed the current situation of the equipment maintenance management, made the research demand clear, then put forward the problem of application problem of Condition-Based Maintenance based upon the original preventative maintenance model in the hydropower plants from the development of management mode of equipment maintenanceSecongdly, begining from implementation strategy and the technique support system of the hydropower plant’s equipment maintenance management, this paper gave the analysis and research to implementation strategy of Condition-Based maintenance, equipment inspection, equipment condition’s monitoring and fault diagnosis, equipment’s fault diagnosis and maintenance based on reliability,with the method and the step of implemention for it.Finally, introducing the application examples of Condition-Based Maintenance management mode in Gongzui hydropower plant, this paper summarize of Condition-Based Maintenance management mode using the data statistics method, and so guaranteed the normal running of the equitment and reduced the maintenance cost.
