Abstract


With the advancement of science and technology , continuous improvement of the level of modernization , equipment status of the importance of manufacturing enterprises in the door industry has become increasingly evident , in the categories of product design , trial production , processing, sales and after-sales service in the whole process of production and business activities , all reflect the importance of the device Manager . The traditional door industry manufacturing enterprise device management mode can not meet the needs of enterprise development , the use of appropriate management mode to carry out equipment management , to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and made ??a good investment in equipment is very important . This article will focus on door manufacturing enterprise device management , exploration and research . This paper first introduces the research background and significance , the analysis of the research status and development trends of the device management increasingly important role in enterprise management , as well as domestic and foreign equipment management theory . Secondly , in the analysis of the many varieties of door manufacturing enterprise , on the basis of the characteristics of small batch production mode and the mode of production equipment management and device management status , proposed a door manufacturing enterprise based on the integrated management of equipment maintenance mode summarized by describing the conceptual model of the model , based on the characteristics of the integrated equipment maintenance management mode ; establish the overall framework of the model and discusses its main system composed . Again, based on the basis of integrated maintenance door industry manufacturing enterprise device management mode , papers to door manufacturing enterprise equipment management model based on the TPM and RCM integrated , equipment maintenance and equipment flexible maintenance decisions . Finally , based on the above analysis , analysis of Chongqing door industry equipment management status , device management mode and management of the proposed method was applied to the enterprise device management practice , and designed the set for the door industry equipment management system , establish the function of the system architecture , the good application effect .
