Abstract


With the vigorous development of China's economy , the domestic auto industry is the rapid rise and become one of the world's most important automotive market . However, due to China's automobile industry and the development time is not long , most auto companies not to establish a sound risk management system , resulting in poor risk management of product development projects caused a lot of negative impact, and even lead to the failure of the project . Therefore, the auto companies product development project risk management is extremely important practical significance . From the perspective of automotive product development project managers , risk management , combined with the specific issues in the S automotive product development practice , to carry out a study of the following : first , the automotive industry at home and abroad in Risk Management aspects of the current situation analysis of the research background , significance and main contents ; Chapter II , automotive product development project characteristics and the characteristics of the automotive product development project risk , the risk of automotive product development projects factors were analyzed . Chapter III : the first the paper studies based on the combination of the S automotive product development project risk management situation and existing problems . S automotive product development project risk management , risk identification, evaluation , and respond to three links . The main use of the questionnaire method to identify the risk ; preliminary screening of risk factors using qualitative methods based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process risk further accurate analysis and sorting ; preparation of risk response plans , using a variety of strategies to control the risks . Chapter 4: S automotive product development project risk management research applied to specific automotive product development projects , and effects verification . The end of the paper , in the fifth chapter of the thesis results are summarized , and there looked to the future work .
