Abstract


Evaluation is the premise and basis of the decision-making related to all walks of life . Relative objectivity of the evaluation of the decision there can be no common evaluation method , but the establishment of the evaluation of the application of the basic theory is feasible , but also very necessary . According to the general law of the development of the subject , the development of evaluation methods need to support basic theory . At present, the basic theoretical research on evaluation at home and abroad there is a blank . This paper aims axiomatic method into the field of evaluation will be used to collate subject knowledge structures used to build the basis of evaluation theory . First , the guiding ideology of the evaluation method , classification and evolution of the three aspects to analyze common summative evaluation methods always follow in the course of development and structure , and provide an objective basis for fundamental research . Subsequently, based on the evaluation of systems analysis , it is the first time the introduction of axiomatic method based valuation theory to build research and elaborated feasibility , the axiomatic theoretical framework based valuation theory and build ideas.
