Abstract


Index of investment in mature markets is considered to be a very good investment strategy. This paper reviews the Chinese A-share market trend of the past 18 years of history as well as some related key indicators , and some of the popular investment strategy for a simple introduction. After China's stock market quote predecessors on the validity of the argument conclusions on pure index investing tried improvement over the exponential trend in technical analysis to determine the trend and trading volume , so that it can invest in China 's stock market beat pure indexation investments. Combined with the Shanghai Composite Index in 2000 to real historical data , the improved investment strategies and index of investment income results were a lot of detailed calculations and comparison, and to quantify the strategic benefits and the Sharpe ratio and the Shanghai Composite Index over the same period revenue and Sharpe ratio compared to verify the number of indicators in technical analysis investment strategies after accession compared to the index of investment to invest in China's stock market to get more significant gains. We obtain the following conclusions : For a technical analysis of characteristics with respect to the investment strategy is feasible in terms of China's stock market . Beat index investing does not have to rely on good investors stock picking , you can also determine the trend of the market strategy to change positions to reach .
