Impact Roller is the impact rolling technology invention of a new type of compaction equipment . Unlike traditional compaction equipment , impact roller due to a combination of shock , roll and knead function , so as to achieve better than the traditional compaction equipment , compaction effect . Impact Roller YCT25 type , using explicit dynamic finite element software ANSYS / LS -DYNA soil compaction structural strength and impact shock wheel size . Finite element modeling process , based on the impact of the actual wheel geometry parameters , the structure of the impact wheel reasonable simplification . ANSYS / LS-DYNA software in this paper , the use of non-reflective boundary conditions function to simulate actual infinite soil model with limited computing area . Finally, ANSYS classic module optimized design features ensure that the size of the impact is essentially the same premise , the parametric modeling of the impact wheel plate thickness and impact the volume of the wheel as the objective function , the impact wheel structure The optimal design . Above study , this paper presents an explicit dynamic finite element software ANSYS / LS-DYNA method for analysis of the structure of the Impact Roller impact wheel simulation instantaneous impact force of the impact wheel structure by stress state. The results of the analysis of the impact of the design and optimization of the wheel to provide the actual reference value .
