Abstract


In the hot summer months , the temperature of the asphalt pavement can often reach 50 ~ 60 ℃ , this high-temperature phenomenon largely affect the ambient temperature, ambient temperature followed by elevated asphalt pavement due to high temperatures the \In this paper, the environmental analysis of the light and heat of the asphalt pavement , to find a method of reducing the temperature of the asphalt pavement and a new road - cover hot pavement that is coated with the road surface of the solar heat -reflective coating . Also describes the basic principles and components of the solar heat-reflective coating , A resins, titanium dioxide , and carbon black was prepared from the solar heat reflective coating , and obtained solar heat reflection performance and the cooling effect of the coating was evaluated , the results : solar heat reflective paint drying time , adhesion, water resistance , alkali resistance meet regulatory requirements , but also has a good cooling effect reduces 7 ° C , the highest . Pavement skid resistance of the heat shield , research , evaluation cover the hot pavement skid performance indicators - constructed depth and balance value . The skid resistance was evaluated by the measurements of these two indicators its pavement skid resistance of the heat shield of the improvement by the method of adding the ceramic particles in the coating . Addition small test road paving , to evaluate the test road skid resistance and cooling effect , combined with paved steps and experience of the test section details the heat shield road construction requirements and construction techniques , and cover the hot pavement effectiveness evaluation .
