Abstract

Cars as the most common and important means of transport is one of convenience to people's lives, to accelerate the development of society, At the same time, with the rising car ownership has also brought some serious problems, such as energy crisis and global warming, in this context, new energy vehicles become an important direction of the international automotive technology, relatively speaking, a hybrid electric vehicle technology is the most mature, most market prospects of a new energy vehicles in response to the energy crisis, to achieve the sustainable development of the environment has a very important significance, hybrid electric vehicles has become a hot spot for the international automotive technology development, and have achieved greater success. This article describes the development status of domestic and foreign hybrid electric vehicles, expounded the necessity and urgency of the development of hybrid cars. Analysis and contrast on the basis of different types of hybrid electric vehicles, like cars on a mild hybrid car, the compact body, lower manufacturing costs ISG CVT transmission module-based program. ISG motor (permanent magnet synchronous motor) on the basis of the principle of control and rotary transformer for the motor position sensor - resolver dedicated processing chip high-cost less than proposed an op-amp-based low-cost rotor position detection scheme, designed circuit schematics, circuit simulation and parameter adjustment via Multisim10 final design the hardware circuit, and successfully applied to the the ISG motor control system. Analysis of the structural characteristics of the ISG mild hybrid vehicles, working principle and control strategy, hybrid prototype vehicle test and verify its performance in several typical conditions, test data collected through the data acquisition system, and MATLAB data analysis, control strategies and transmission module performance further verified. The results show that: the integration of the ISG CVT transmission module is reliable, reasonable ISG-mild hybrid control strategy, the hybrid control unit (HCU) correctly according to the driver's intention and operating conditions automatically switch modes, idle stop quick starts and stops, energy recovery and other functions to achieve, you can achieve the purpose of improving fuel economy and emissions; detection scheme based on the location of the operational amplifier to reduce costs at the same time, be able to more accurately detect the rotor position.
