Abstract


The Xinjiang State Road 314 line Kuqa - Aksu highway roadbed soil-aggregate mixture for filling , the project amounted to twenty million cubic meters , the degree of compaction as earth and rock mixed fill subgrade compaction quality control indicators across the board need to detect the degree of compaction 150,000 times , it takes a lot of manpower and material resources , and the serious impact on the speed and duration of the Embankment Construction . To this end, subgrade Earth Mixture practical , try to use PFWD to quickly detect the quality of the stone embankment compaction . Rock mixture Gradation composition significantly different from the generally fine-grained soil , follow the method of detection of the degree of compaction of fine-grained soil , there must be a standard dry density determination , detection methods the practicality and evaluation of rationality . For the super- particle size of earth and rock mixes , this article uses a similar level with an extension of the method to determine the maximum dry density . Stone content through different vibration compaction test to determine the relationship of the Earth Mixture maximum dry density and stone content . Site testing , depending on the stone content , the amount of stone into the formula to determine the maximum dry density of the corresponding appropriate standard maximum dry density for field compaction testing . In order to verify the feasibility of of PFWD detection subgrade compaction degree thesis analyzes using the finite element method PFWD impact on the roadbed depth , focusing on the analysis of its practicability . The papers using sand replacement method , PFWD cone dynamic penetration test different Earth Mixture compaction characteristics , and the correlation between statistical analysis . In considering the factors under different maximum particle size and content of coarse grains , identified Earth Mixture Evd and the compaction degree relationship . Through technical and economic analysis , to verify the feasibility of PFWD used for earth and rock embankment compaction quality detection . Finally, the paper presents PFWD used for earth and rock embankment compaction quality testing standards process and quality control indicators .
