Abstract


Roadbed is an important part of the highway , which is the basis of the road , its construction quality is good or bad is a direct impact on the quality of the entire highway project . Subgrade strength and stability is a prerequisite to guarantee the pavement strength and stability . Subgrade moisture content is an important factor affecting the subgrade quality . Embankment seepage measurement is actually a measurement of the moisture content of the soil base . Classified division of the existing measurement methods , detailed study of the principle of a measurement method and its advantages and disadvantages . Proposed a new method for measuring the moisture content of the soil base considering the impact of the dielectric constant and conductivity of the soil base . The method has a simple , practical , and economically viable . The article discusses the factors affect the of roadbed strength and stability , the best dry density and optimum moisture content , its between the relationship and the related theoretical calculations , various methods of measuring the water content , including drying , the proportion of law , the ray method , dielectric method. In particular , this paper describes the dielectric method in time domain reflectometry and frequency domain reflectometry , and the comparison of different methods , and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of each method . In addition, we discuss in detail the equivalent model of the electrical properties of the soil - polarization and soil - based and soil , as well as integrated measurement method based on C / F conversion measurement principle , a comprehensive law subgrade moisture content measurement method circuit and software design . The experiments show that the method can be used in highway subgrade moisture detection which .
