Abstract


The application and the study on the Technology of Tandem follow-through warhead is to provide such a special ammunition which can obviate ammunition aerodrome.In order to perform the above target,the following valuable research works have been done:1.The EFP formation mechanism of such liners with different form and structure had been presented by means of the theories and experiment.In the meantime,the effect laws of liner top-mouth thickness ratio and the curvature radius of segment liner generating line on EFP shaping performance were also given out.And the mechanism of shaped charge penetrating reinforced concrete is researched. Continuous model of shaped charge jet penetrating reinforced concrete is set up.2.Studies through numerical simulation the effect upon the follow-through charge of the detonation in the forward charge for a tandem warhead.A simplified numerical model is proposed.The over-pressure in obtained along with the total momentum transmitted to the follow- through charge by the blast wave forming by the explosion in the forward charge.The velocity enhancing equipment for the following kinetic energy projectile is designed.And two phase’s interior ballistics model is established.3.According to the target of ammunition,we study the regular change of penetration with the character of charge’s structure and jet’s shape.We have done some research into ammunition parameter testing,the penetration experimenting. The technical targets of project were completed.4.This product were manufactured,the stability of product was ensured,the performance of perforating was enhanced through the technological process of ammunition were analyzed.And the stability effect of the forward shape charge technique is analyzed.Pre-charging structure formation Penetrator stability analysis to identify the factors that affect the stability.
