Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to study a metal center Igniter structure of Mortar for drug possession in order to solve the basic drug possession propellant built arabica tail pipe pressure stable output problem . This paper analyzes the mechanism of action of Mortar for basic drug possession , drug pipe structure design of the metal center ignition tube , tube role of the metal center ignition tube optimized design , paper tube water changes caused drug test results effect analysis and experimental verification , the numerical simulation of the force of the process of the pipe saddles role of basic drugs . The main conclusions of this study are as follows : ( 1 ) basic drug pellets propellant tube is the development trend of the consistency problem in order to solve the small grain propellant ignition , the use of metal the center the squib structure is a best choice ; ( 2 ) metal squib basic drug tube pass fire sequence as : end of the fire ignition → ignition kit black gunpowder → center tube black gunpowder → half box burn or break through → center tube produce up and down more uniform ignition pressure → center tube circumference distribution Chuan fire hole to break through the center the tube paper compartment → ignite propellant ; ( 3 ) The results show that : ( a ) metal center ignition tube material has little impact on the basic drug possession tail pipe pressure Spitfire hole openings should be uniform over the entire length branches row cloth , is roughly equal to the total area of ??the case , the fire-breathing hole arrangement and the opening size of the tail pipe pressure was less affected ; ( b ) half a box of the strength of the tail pipe pressure greater impact strength should not be too high ; ( c ) black powder in the center tube of the tail pipe pressure a great influence on a reasonable amount of charge , the design should be selected according to the test results , should be strictly controlled in the process of loading dose deviation ; (d) the metal center tube structure basic drug possession , the moisture content of the paper tube can still design for 6% to 9% , but when the the paper tube water is low , easily header back phenomenon occurred . In the production process , it is necessary to strictly control the custody of the shell-and-tube , to avoid moisture loss . ( 4 ) calculated by the the basic drug pipe saddles role in stress analysis , obtained tube seat the maximum stress in the expansion slot and flange sharp corners in the design should focus on controlling the thickness of the size of the premises , to take technical measures to eliminate or two sharp corners at the reduction of stress concentration .
